subscriber's failure to comply with those laws will violate
Branding Works policy. If Branding Works is sued because of activities of the
subscriber that violate any law or the Services Agreement,
the subscriber will pay any damages awarded against Branding
Works,
plus costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.
